The course is unique in the sense that it is point to point, a la the Boston Marathon, and that it shares the same second half as the Raleigh Half Marathon. You will start on the Neuse River Trail, right after the Brown Field Road crossing (drop off with be at 2600 Brown Field Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). You will follow the first 10k on this greenway before entering Anderson Point Park, and then heading left onto the Crabtree Creek Trail. You will follow this all the way back to Raleigh Boulevard, but not before tackling Pump Station Hill aka Mount Greenway. This net downhill course should be fun and flowy, but should present a challenge, as well!
